So as Ben’s in the bath, I’m confirming our flights and skimming through the Rough Guide. It’s really happening!!
Penny will drive us to Heathrow in about an hour and then we will hopefully see Dad Bland and Tom to say cheerio.
It seems we can’t insure our rings on our travels, so we’re going to buy ourselves ‘honeymoon rings’ once we get to the first bazaar. Of course, as soon as I upload my first pics, they’ll be up here. Ben will be in ‘Normal font’ and I will be in ‘Italics’ just for quick identification of the author.

Au revoir, Hasta la proxima,
M
We’ve now made the metamorphosis from our little wedding site into the adventure travel site. Here are some hints on how to use the site…
The Basics
As we go, we’ll keep adding new posts to the blog, which will appear here on the home page. There’s also a Gallery page for any photos or videos, here.
Image and Video I: On the Site
As they can take a long time to upload, our photos may not make it into blog posts at first. We’ll add them later so it’s worth looking back over old posts occasionally.
In any case, all the photos will go onto Emma’s Flickr pages. Ben will try to get his videos up but we’ll have to see how that works out.
Image and Video II: The Gallery
Any photos and videos you have relating to the wedding should be added to the Benemma Wedding Flickr Group. That way, they will be displayed automatically on our Gallery page.
There are two ways to add to the gallery…
1. Upload your photos and videos to the collection on Flickr. You’ll need a Yahoo! ID to do this. The ID is free and you don’t have to agree to receive messages from them. Go to the Flickr homepage and sign up there.
2. Send them to us (email or DVD is fine, see contacts for details) and we’ll do it for you!
Any Questions or Requests?
Add them as comments at the bottom of this post and we’ll respond when we can. Or, if you know us well enough, you’ll know our email addresses.
Hello loved ones!
Welcome to the wedding website of Ben Bland and Emma Campbell, alias Benemma.
Marriage is about a lifelong commitment to love and a celebration of our friends, family and future, so we’ve built this to help you all join in.
This site is to provide you with any information you might need for the Big Day (see Logistics), as well as to create a scrapbook of the party and subsequent travels. (see Gallery)
For those who we’ve managed to squeeze on to the guest list, the invitation is also here on the site. Keeping it online is better for the environment (more trees!) and you won’t lose it down the back of the sofa, or is that just us?
It also means we can add more details or anything you might need as a guest, just let us know.
